EOSC Learning Path - EOSC Resource Provider
This Learning Path provides the basics for Resource Providers on how to integrate their services into the EOSC Marketplace and how to benefit from additional services.
An EOSC Resource Provider is defined as a service or content provider who will contribute to develop EOSC into a rich environment of resources for research by making their services or content available via the EOSC Marketplace.
The Learning Path includes seven courses that cover service onboarding and integration with the EOSC Core services. Each course is also available outside of this learning path as a standalone unit.
EOSC Future Learning Paths
This Learning Path will prepare Resource Providers to:
- Understand the purpose and benefits of service onboarding to the EOSC Marketplace,
- Handle the service onboarding process,
- Understand the EOSC Core services,
- Handle the integration of the EOSC Monitoring Service,
- Handle the integration with the EOSC Helpdesk,
- Understand various integration options and integrate with the EOSC AAI,
- Explain the benefits of handling orders through the EOSC Order Management System and carry out integration,
- Know how to track the usage of the research products contained in their data sources.
The learning path includes seven steps with seven self-paced courses:
- How to onboard services to the EOSC Marketplace via EOSC Providers Dashboard?
- How to onboard services to the EOSC Marketplace via the EOSC Portal Open API?
- How to monitor onboarded services using the EOSC Monitoring Service?
- How to integrate your onboarded service with the EOSC Helpdesk?
- How to integrate your onboarded service with the EOSC AAI?
- EOSC Order Management System
- EOSC Accounting for research products
Start with the courses on service onboarding. The rest is not strictly sequenced but it is recommended to follow the courses in the presented order. Each course will take you up to one hour to complete.
