Aligning Holocaust data with Open Research and FAIR data principles

 

This course, developed as part of the European Holocaust Research Infrastructure (EHRI) project, is designed to provide Collection Holding Institutes that provide access to Holocaust data and researchers with an introduction to research data management, data management plans, FAIR data and Open Research. It provides an overview of these topics, and includes discussion on how it applies to Holocaust research.

The course has three learning objectives:

    • Best practices in open and FAIR research

    • How to implement these practices in your own work through effective data management

    • How to structure a data management plan (DMP) for your own research

 

 

Welcome to this introductory course on FAIR data and Open Research for Holocaust researchers. We hope that this will be a useful tool to get you started in responsible research data management and open research practices.
